Services
-
A complete listing photo package including Ambient Light interior photography, exterior photography, and drone coverage, with up to 50 finished photos. Flat fee of $200.
Interior photos are created by carefully blending multiple exposures using the available window light and existing indoor lighting, without added flash. This produces polished, natural-looking results with a softer rendering of the home’s existing light. The streamlined process also allows for a shorter on-site appointment.
-
A complete listing photo package including Signature interior photography, exterior photography, and drone coverage, with up to 50 finished photos. Flat fee of $300.
My Signature process preserves the home’s natural ambient character while using targeted flash exposures to produce more accurate colors, clearer window views, and better-controlled light fixtures. This added control creates clean, balanced, and consistent results across a wide range of interior lighting conditions.
-
Accurate, easy-to-read floor plan to help buyers understand the layout. Add a floor plan for an additional $50.
-
A complete land/lot photo package: ground-based and drone coverage to highlight access, terrain, and surrounding context, with up to 25 photos. Flat fee of $100.
Based in Northern Kentucky, serving the greater Cincinnati area.

Additional Information
-
I keep pricing simple: one flat fee for the Signature package, and one flat fee for the Ambient Light package - not based on square footage.
-
Each Signature and Ambient Light photo package includes interior, exterior, and drone photography, with up to 50 finished images. The goal is a complete, consistent set that tells the story of the property without overloading the buyer.
-
Photos are typically delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. You’ll receive a download link, and the images are sized for the local MLS and delivered in a logical order, ready to upload.
-
No, agents do not need to be present. I just need a reliable way to access the home (lockbox code, door code, etc.). If a resident is letting me in, that’s totally fine - it’s just best if as few people as possible are in the home during the shoot to avoid distractions and accidental cameos.
-
Most homes take about 2 hours on site for the Signature package. Smaller homes can be closer to 1.5 hours, and larger homes may be around 2.5 hours. Expect significantly less time for the Ambient Light package. If the home is photo-ready when I arrive, the process usually goes faster and stays on schedule.
-
Venmo is preferred, and I can also accept Zelle, cash, or check. Payment details are included on the invoice sent with your download link.
-
I primarily serve Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area. If you have a listing outside that area, reach out - travel is possible, and any additional travel fee is handled case-by-case based on distance.

Great photos start with a well-prepared home. Before photo day, declutter each room, replace burnt-out bulbs, clean windows and mirrors, tidy the landscaping, and clear counters and other visible surfaces.
On photo day, turn on all lights, turn off ceiling fans, open curtains, arrange blinds consistently, make the beds, straighten pillows and towels, hide pet items and trash bins, move vehicles away from the house, and keep pets contained or off-site.

About Me
Hi, I’m Jonathan, the person behind JG Photography.
I live in Fort Thomas with my wife and two children. Alongside photography, I work in mechanical engineering and play French horn. Both of those parts of my life have shaped the way I see detail, balance, and perspective.
I enjoy finding the right way to frame each room, working with the light in each home, and creating images that feel natural and honest to the space. I also do all of my own editing. Every image is blended and finished by me. I don’t outsource my work to outside editors or send it through AI photo-editing services.
I like being involved in the entire process, from walking through the home to delivering the finished gallery. When I’m not taking pictures, I’m usually spending time with my family, playing music, or working on one of the many projects that seem to find me.
